As I’m sure you are all aware the UK has left EU and we are currently in a transition period that will end on 31 December 2020. At time of writing, the trading terms that the UK will have with the rest of the world in the future is unclear, as is the impact it will have on organisations like ourselves who regularly export all over the world from the UK. Our commitment is to continue exporting to members across the globe, however in the worst case, exporting may incur significantly more administration from our side.
We therefore may close the store temporarily to non UK orders for a couple of weeks following transition end in January 2021 to implement any new processes. Clearly if we get guidance from the Government earlier and can implement any changes ahead of the end of transition we will, and avoid disruption to export orders.
